Return Policy

At Giftroo, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at hello@giftroo.com.au. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please take an image and contact us immediately at hello@giftroo.com.au sharing the images, so we can address the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the steps above). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process and post the refund.
