For Metropolitan areas it normally takes 1 to 4 Business days whereas for the Regional areas it takes 2 to 5 Business days depending on the states.
Yes, we offer free shipping for bulk orders of five or more gifts to a single address.
Yes but it is only available when 1 hamper is being sent to one address. Absolutely! You can select a delivery date during checkout. If you're placing your order through one of our team members, simply let them know your preferred date.
We can also hold your hamper order and dispatch hampers as needed.

We ship using Australia Post and other courier services, depending on the order volume and location.

For bulk orders, someone must be available during business hours to accept delivery. For individual orders, they are sent with the Authority to Leave, if the delivery driver deems the address safe and secure and no one is home the hamper can be left in a safe place for the recipient. If the hamper can’t be left in a safe place, our freight partner will reattempt delivery at another time or delivery the hamper to local collection point for the recipient to pick up. The recipient will be left a pick up card to notify them of this and also a text message if their number is provided.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update the address. Once dispatched, changes must be made with the freight provider. A redelivery fee of $15 applies but may increase based on the volume of hampers.
Lead times for bespoke orders vary depending on the complexity of your request.
We’ll supply a timeline during the brief stage and notify you if we feel there will be any issues completing the order for your desired delivery date.
